November 13th The excitement begins as we meet at the Salt Lake Airport for our flight to St. Louis, Missouri. (Please note that flight arrangements can be made for travelers departing from other cities besides Salt Lake City). We will pay a visit to the nation’s tallest monument, The St. Louis Gateway Arch. Here you will have paid admission to take the ride to the top for a fabulous view overlooking the mighty Mississippi River. Hotel accommodations tonight are at the comfortable and trendy Drury Inn, just outside of St. Louis.
November 14th After breakfast this morning we will board our comfortable private motor coach and head South to Branson, enjoying the changing scenery and interesting stories and legends about Branson and the Ozarks. No other city puts on a Christmas party like Branson, Missouri, and you will notice the festive atmosphere in the city where Holiday Cheer and World Class Entertainment come together for a Christmas to remember. Our comfortable hotel accommodations are conveniently located just off of the famous Highway 76 and close to many exciting venues.
Later we will enjoy dinner and wind out our day with the very successful Hughes Brothers. Not only do the brothers have the reputation of astounding all ages with their rich harmonies, but their performance is brilliantly choreographed, showcasing foot-steppin’ moves. When the Hughes Brothers arrived in Branson in 2000, they rented the Roy Clark Celebrity Theatre. The show has been a huge success and now the brothers own the theatre and have renamed it the Hughes Brothers Theatre. This Christmas production will make you feel right at home in the Ozarks. The five brothers, along with their talented family members, always deliver a memorable Christmas show. (breakfast and dinner included)
November 15th This morning is your chance to sleep in, or you may wish to attend a local worship service (transportation will be provided). Late this morning we have a chance to show you around town on our Ozark Hills and Branson Sightseeing Tour. Branson has more than just great entertainment. It is nestled in the scenic Ozark Mountains near lovely lakes and streams. It also has a history that is fun to learn about. Our brief tour will take us to scenic overlooks, quaint “Old Town,” the interesting College of the Ozarks and more.
Later in the day we’ll board the authentic Showboat Branson Belle, and cruise the beautiful Table Rock Lake. While onboard we’ll enjoy an elegant meal and world-class entertainment featuring singing, dancing and good old-fashioned fun and entertainment. Showboat Branson Belle is considered by many to be one of the highlights of their tour to Branson.
Clay Cooper’s Country Express. This show has something for everyone! Enjoy live music, singing, dancing, hysterical comedy and more! From George Jones to Hunter Hayes, from the Doobie Brothers to Bruno Mars, Clay and his cast of 24 veteran entertainers will bring you a high energy performance filled with a variety of music – country, gospel, patriotic, Christmas and more! We will wind up this day by driving through the famous Branson Hills Gift of Lights Display. (breakfast and dinner included)
November 16th After breakfast you’ll have some free time for yourself. Our hotel is centrally located right on Highway 76 where the action is. So, you have plenty of options. You can visit the Titantic Musuem which is next door, go shopping at many boutiques within walking distance, or opt to see a morning show at one of the nearby theaters.
We are honored to spend a holiday afternoon at the Andy Williams Performing Arts Center (formerly known as the Moon River Theater) with the Lennon Sisters and David Osmond. Glamorous yet unpretentious, sophisticated yet down-to-earth, the Lennon Sisters still have the remarkable harmonious voices that will pierce your heart and leave you wanting more. You are in for a treat! In a town known as the “live music show capital of the world” it is safe to say that the Andy Williams Ozark Mountain Christmas production with the Lennon Sisters is one show that should be on everyone’s must-see list.
Dinner tonight will be at the Chateau on the Lake, which is a large fortress-looking hotel overlooking beautiful Table Rock Lake. Have your cameras handy and enjoy dinner at the Chateau.
We will wind out our day at the Dick Clark America’s Bandstand Theater with the award-winning group known as SIX, a contemporary vocal band featuring six real brothers. Dubbed “an orchestra of human voices” and “masters of showmanship,” these multi-talented brothers sound like a band using only their mouths. You’ll soon learn why they have earned so many awards, including Best Christmas Show 2019 – Silver Award. This will be a day to remember for a lifetime. (breakfast and dinner included)
November 17th Today we start with a morning show, and it will make your whole day. All Hands on Deck is famous for their Big Band sound, and their Christmas presentation will make you want to dance in the aisle.
This afternoon we’ll visit Branson Landing, Branson’s unique waterfront entertainment, dining and shopping complex located on the shore of Lake Taneycomo. Don’t miss the multi-million-dollar fountain show choreographed with water, light, music and fire. The same company that designed the fountains at Bellagio in Las Vegas and Downtown Disney Marketplace in Orlando developed this water attraction. Dinner will be at Landry’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Our evening show is located at the Sight and Sound Theater. The Sight and Sound Theater always delivers a top-rated production and is often voted by our guests as their favorite. Live animals, elaborate stage sets, a huge cast and wonderful singing are always part of the production at this elegant theater. (breakfast and dinner included)
We’ll say a fond farewell to Branson and return to the airport in St. Louis for our flight home, filled with wonderful Christmas memories from the Ozarks. Happy Holidays!
