September 17th – Your vacation includes a flight from Salt Lake City to Vancouver – the starting place for your Hawaiian dream cruise. We will transfer from Seattle to Vancouver where we will board the magnificent Ovation of the Seas for our fabulous 10 night Hawaiian Cruise. (flights from other cities can be arranged)
September 18th – Our ship will sail to our first port, Seattle, the Emerald City. With the dramatic Olympic mountains as a backdrop, sailing into this city is like no other. You’ll have time to discover the highlights of this city as you desire. Visit the iconic Space Needle or join a fascinating tour of Boeing Field and museum. There are so many possibilities. Ship is in port from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.
September 19th – We begin our relaxing journey sailing across the Pacific Ocean.
September 20th – Keep your eyes open for migrating whales returning to the warmer waters of Hawaii after spending their summer in the Alaskan waters.
September 21st – A relaxing day at sea to enjoy the amenities that the ship has to offer. Kick back and relax – after all – you are on vacation.
September 22nd – Today on your day at sea you might want to join a class offering hula lessons or maybe just relax by the pool reading a book.
September 23rd – Enjoy a day at sea. Try your luck in the casino, enjoy a message at the spa, or enjoy the bumper boats on the ship. There are so many possibilities. It’s your day and your cruise vacation.
September 24th – The fun begins as we visit our first Hawaiian port, Kailua Kona on the Big Island. The ship will be in port from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm so you have plenty of time to discover this beautiful side of the island. Waterfalls, deep sea fishing, submarine adventures…..these is so much to do or you just might want to stroll down Ali’i Drive and check out the boutiques and galleries. Whatever you do – it will be a memorable day in Hawaii.
September 25th – Lahaina, Maui. Your cruise ship will arrive at 7:00 am and you have two glorious days to play on Maui. You can go snorkeling at Molokini Crater, join an authentic luau on Ka’anapali Beach or rent a car and drive the road to Hana. The ship will offer shore excursions with so many possibilities.
September 26 – In the islands they say, Maui No Ka Oi, meaning Maui is the Best. You’ll find out why Maui is the best. So many beaches and by far the best beaches in Hawaii (and even in the world). Maui is magical – come experience it for yourself. The ship will depart Lahaina, Maui at 6:00 pm.
September 27th – You will arrive in Honolulu, Oahu at 8:00 am. It is here that you will disembark the ship and spend the day touring Honolulu. The highlights include: Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, North Shore drive, Pali lookout, and the National Punchbowl Cemetery which is nicknamed the Arlington Cemetery of the Pacific.
You will have the option to fly home late this evening or extend your time on Oahu with hotel accommodations that can be prearranged. This will allow you time to discover more of Oahu including the Polynesian Cultural Center and/or Waikiki. Knight Tours and Cruises will set it up for you.
